Dear HAAWK, HAAWK For the 3rd party, Identifyy.com, CEO of HAAWK (Ryan Born)
This is Open clarifications about the service that I used recently and got suspended which called "Identifyy"
2021/07/07, Your team "Adam" is requesting the ID verification and I sent all required documents about this, but your team is completely ignoring my email, live chats, and all of them. My voice message is also not being heard and also your Facebook phone number is WRONG. I called it and that is not HAAWK at all, the person I call is someone else.
I can't believe that account suspends for no clear reasons, My account are banned after this, Here's proof of the account being suspended.
The total estimated loss that I have is over USD 6,000 and nothing has been paid for this. I even contacted support but nothing, Here's proof of Customer support ignoring my email, even from the CEO itself.
I asked my friends to help me with that, but they also says "I being ignored by them and nothing answered", Account suspended but not clear reasons is clearly RED FLAG, Nothing answer and I even mad about this.
I opened a group called "identifyy.com victims" and as a result since opening, 8 members have become victims of this (not including TrustPilot, ScamAdviser, etc) which I was stunned to see. I can't believe you actually doing this for the customer especially me. This is illegal and also unacceptable.
This is increasing the concerns for a music career like mine which is a label. and also affecting another customer who already registered the song with this system and nothing has been paid, That was not good and also I'm not happy with it, why are you doing this for an artist like us? is what company is legit for sure? This is still a red flag for sure.
That was not good for the Content ID CMS tools that I wanted, If I have the CMS Management tools, That means I will NOT USING THIS at all. Why are you doing this for me?
I want to say this clearly, HAAWK is failed to respond to the customer complaint that important, especially for labels like SPL Global Media which all artists are local with no third party and not associated with any company. And also HAAWK is trying to steal customers' royalty that they make, earned, and make future releases, HAAWK is also malicious about the legality with the response that ignored for no reason and trying to sabotage both the label company and artist.
HAAWK is also not responsible for the suspended account which is irreversible and trying to hold the royalty that was used for company funding or no clear reasons clue, that was almost the same as Indian scammers, which bunch of red flags are still right there.
HAAWK also failed to communicate with clients who were suspended and nothing was answered, including the client who already sent the ID verifications and tax form filed. that are malicious and also suspicious regarding what data they can use including real names and addresses. which is a suspicious and red flag
HAAWK also suspiciously sabotages the publishing like us and another artist that they make so hard with the song for the missions to be a successful musician, HAAWK missions are not protecting but is for suspending, taking, and sabotaging the artist who made the song really tirelessly, they just simply click "Revoke access" in their admin dashboard.
HAAWK also failed to respond to Hadzuki's complaint about the question that they asked, as a result, the "Scam Alert" was issued because you ignore, delete, and block Hadzuki's Twitter account. I can say if HAAWK is suspicious, imposter, and also robbery for money that focusing the big artist or big label name, including pay for the testimonial for the claim if they are "Legit" which hiding the shady legality that other clients are using. All it can do is just click the "Revoke access" on the administrator dashboard and the client is unable to login and instantly redirect to "Your Email or IP address is banned"
I also mentioned for Ryan Born, the CEO of the company are doesn't know about this account suspended issues clients are mad about this across the internet. HAAWK should be attention and serious regarding this issue, they need to pay the previous client who got suspended back before the legal action for this.
I even don't know if did the CEO "Ryan Born" has a criminal record or not, if they don't have a criminal record, they should not do this kind of suspended account like that. They need attention and serious case about this.
HAAWK needs to be serious, fix and also compensate the previous client which the same, who got suspended and was not being paid.
as I mentioned, the HAAWK has a smart trick to destroy the dream of successful music creator, which they can steal out the royalty and ignore the email simply by ignoring or deleting the email, ignoring the chat in Intercom, and also removing the Voice chat that customer says in the telephone line. Only wasting money and time.
For a company that using or providing the services to them (or other CMS Management websites like AdRev etc)
For YouTube and Google, Please for the legality sake. This California company are should be penalized and also terminate their CMS tool. And asking them to refund all royalty that the client earned back. And also I demand the ContentID application next time, YouTube should be serious to check all applications for accessing the CMS tools.
For Facebook, As same of YouTube to be terminated their CMS management, I hope any future application for Content Management, you need to seriously check any applications
This HAAWK company needs to be penalized for stealing the clients, and also failing the client's response. which this should be serious about that.
I hope this should be serious regarding this problem and I hope anyone who is suspended will have another chance. But I hope this seriously gets attention to that.
